Well, it’s time. Another week has flown by so I am spending a few minutes looking back at where I’ve been before moving forward to the days ahead.
Memorize James Chapters 1 and 2
Not a lot of progress but I’ve begun working more consistently which is the first step.
Increase Monthly Income
I started off the week with a marathon day of appointments for my business on Monday. That was followed by two big days of activity to help me finish February strong. That not only advanced my goal, but allowed more time for other things later in the week. I am filling time slots for my March appointments and having a ton of fun meeting new women in the area. If you are a client who helped make that happen, thank you!
Utilize My Family Binder
I struggled with this goal this week but we are only four days into the month. While we have lots of activities planned this month, our weeks should be back to a normal routine which will allow me to tackle daily tasks on their assigned day. I have also created a “Bug List” and see some spring cleaning in our future!
What’s a Bug List?
Some people call it a project list, a brain dump, or a to-do list. For me, a Bug List is a process of getting all the stuff from floating around in my head to paper. It can be unfinished projects, calls to make, or appointments to schedule. Anything and everything that is something you keep telling yourself, “I need to ______.” Write it all down on a sheet of paper down the left side. Next, write down the Extermination List on the right side of the page. You can act, delegate, or delete it. If you are going to act on the item, schedule a time. If you are going to delegate it, write down the name and contact info for the person who will handle it. If you are willing to admit that it is never going to happen, draw a line through it and feel the weight lift off your shoulders just a little bit. I’ve already crossed off half a dozen things from my Bug List this month.
