Rich, deep, falling leaves change to dirt and bare branches. Mornings greeted with warm mugs instead of fresh, cold juice. Red and green decor gets packed away for eleven more pages on the calendar.
This New Year makes us aware of the changes.
For our family, it has meant changing our walks from Pacific to Atlantic beaches. It brings new challenges in school, family, and work. It brings opportunity.
Today I am praying for a specific opportunity. In three days I will know more. God knows it already. I believe He is providing.

changes are always full of opportunity, aren’t they!! At least you still get to walk the beach, even if it’s a different one!
